Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
