O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Taiyibat [all kinds of Halal (legal) foods which Allah has made legal (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits, etc.)], and do righteous deeds. Verily! I am Well-Acquainted with what you do. 51 “And indeed this religion of yours is one religion only and I am your Lord, therefore fear Me.” 52 Then they cut their affair among them in regard to the Scriptures; each band in that which is with them rejoicing. 53 Wherefore leave thou them in their bewilderment for a season. 54 Think they that in the wealth and sons wherewith We provide them 55 We hasten unto them with good things (in this worldly life so that they will have no share of good things in the Hereafter)? Nay, but they perceive not. 56 Surely those who stand in awe for fear of their Lord, 57 and believe in His messages 58 and those who associate naught with their Lord 59 and those who give what they give, their hearts quaking that they are returning to their Lord -- 60 Are the ones who hasten to goodness and outpace the others. 61 We charge not any soul save to its capacity, and with Us is a Book speaking truth, and they shall not be wronged. 62 But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,- 63 But when We will strike with torment those (unbelievers) who are rich, they will start to cry for help. 64 “Do not implore this day; you will not be helped by Us.” 65 Our revelations had certainly been recited to you, but you turned your backs to them 66 "In arrogance: talking nonsense about the (Qur'an), like one telling fables by night." 67 Did they never ponder over this Word (of God)? Or has he (to wit, the Messenger) brought something the like of which did not come to their forefathers of yore? 68 Or did they not recognise their apostle, and rejected him? 69 Do they say he is possessed? Rather he has brought them the truth, but most of them are averse to the truth. 70 And were the truth to follow their desires there would have been corrupted the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is therein. Aye! We have come to them with their admonition; so it is from their admonition that they turn away. 71 Or dost thou ask them for tribute? Yet the tribute of thy Lord is better, and He is the best of providers. 72 And verily thou! thou callest them unto a Path straight. 73 but those who disbelieve the life hereafter deviate from the right path. 74 ۞ And if We have mercy upon them and remove the calamity which has befallen them, they would still stubbornly persist, wandering in their rebellion. 75 And indeed We grasped them with punishment, so neither did they submit themselves to their Lord, nor do they cry humbly. 76 until We open before them a gate of [truly] severe suffering [in the life to come]: and then, lo! they will be broken in spirit. 77
