Kingship (Al-Mulk)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent - 1 The One Who created death and life to test you – who among you has the better deeds; and He only is the Most Honourable, the Oft Forgiving. 2 Who has created the seven heavens one above another, you can see no fault in the creations of the Most Beneficent. Then look again: "Can you see any rifts?" 3 Then return your gaze once more and yet again, your gaze comes back to you dazzled, and tired. 4 And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire. 5 And for those who disbelieve in their Lord there awaits the punishment of Gehenna (Hell) an evil arrival! 6 When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up. 7 Well-nigh it bursteth with rage. So oft as a company is cast thereinto, the keepers thereof will ask them: came there not unto you a warner? 8 And they will answer: "Surely; a warner came to us, but we denied him, and said: 'God did not send down any thing; you are greatly deluded, in fact.'" 9 They will say, "If we had only listened or understood, we should not now be among the inmates of Hell," 10 So they shall confess their sin. Far away they be, the fellows of the Blaze! 11 Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward. 12 And whether you keep your talk secret or disclose it, verily, He is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts (of men). 13 Shall He who has created (all things) not know? He is the Subtle, the Aware. 14

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
