Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 They who would be seen, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
