Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
