Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Greed for more and more distracted you [from God] 1 Until you confronted the graves. 2 Nay! You shall come to know! 3 Again, no indeed, you shall soon know. 4 You will certainly have the knowledge of your deeds beyond all doubt. 5 you shall surely see Hell; 6 and you will see it with your own eyes. 7 Then, on that Day, you shall be asked about the delight (you indulged in, in this world)! 8

Almighty God's Truth.
