HAST THOU, then, ever considered him who turns away [from remembering Us, and cares for no more than the life of this world,] 33 Who gives but little, and is niggardly? 34 Has he knowledge of the unseen, so that he sees? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And of Ibrahim, who was most obedient? 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 whereupon he shall be requited for it with the fullest requital; 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears; 43 and that He it is Who causes death and grants life, 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 from a discharged living germ 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 and that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius, 49 And that He did destroy the Ad of old 50 And Thamud (people). He spared none of them. 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah). 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 About which of the bounties of your Lord can they persistently dispute? 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 What is to come is imminent. 57 none except Allah can disclose it. 58 Does this statement seem strange to them 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 while you make merry? 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
Almighty God's Truth.
