The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
