Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
