The physical growth of those whom We grant a long life will be reversed. Will you then not understand? 68 We did not teach him (to wit, the Messenger) poetry and it does not behove him. This is none but an Admonition, and a Clear Book 69 to warn all who are truly alive, and to justify the word [God's verdict] against the deniers. 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 We have subdued these to them, and some of them they ride and some of them they eat; 72 From cattle they get milk and other benefits. Will they not then give thanks? 73 Yet they have taken, apart from God, gods; haply they might be helped. 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare. 76 Has not man regarded how that We created him of a sperm-drop? Then lo, he is a manifest adversary. 77 And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away? 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)! 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 Whenever He wills a thing, He just commands it “Be” and it is. 82 Therefor Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the dominion over all things! Unto Him ye will be brought back. 83
