Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 except iblis (satan, the father of the jinn), he became too proud, for he was one of the unbelievers. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected." 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
