Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When the angels came to him and said, “Peace"; he said, “We feel afraid of you.” 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
