Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
O My slaves! For you there is no fear this day, nor is it ye who grieve; 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 (You will) enter the garden, you and your spouses, and be glad." 70 Passed round amongst them will be dishes of gold and goblets, and therein will be whatsoever souls desire and eyes delight in; and ye will be therein abiders. 71 This is the Paradise which you have been made to inherit because of your deeds which you used to do (in the life of the world). 72 and there is abundant fruit in it for you to eat." 73 [But,] behold, they who are lost in sin shall abide in the suffering of hell: 74 It will not decrease for them; dumb with despair they will stay in it. 75 They will cry out, "Guard, let your Lord destroy us". 76 And they shall call, 'O Malik, let your lord execute us!' He shall say, 'you are staying!' 77 We brought you the truth, but most of you were averse to the truth. 78 Have they settled upon a plan? We shall also settle on one. 79 Or do they think We hear not their secret and what they conspire together? Yes indeed, and Our messengers are present with them writing it down. 80 Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'If the Merciful had a son, I would be the first of the worshipers. 81 Exaltations be to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above that which they describe' 82 So leave them plunging into false discourses and sporting until they meet their day which they are threatened with. 83 It is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing. 84 And blest be He Whose is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, and with Him is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Him ye will be made to return. 85 Those whom they call upon, instead of Allah have no power of intercession, except such that testify to the truth based on knowledge. 86 And wert thou to ask them who created them, they will surely say: God. Witherward then are they deviating! 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know! 89

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
