The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ The Beneficent 1 who taught the Quran -- 2 has created man, 3 He taught distinctness. 4 The sun and the moon move according to a fixed reckoning; 5 The plants and trees prostrate before Him. 6 He raised the heavens and set up the measure, 7 That you may not be inordinate in respect of the measure. 8 Therefore, maintain just measure and do not transgress against the Balance. 9 He spread out the earth for the people. 10 Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm-trees, 11 And also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-scented plants. 12 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 13 He created man from sounding clay like unto pottery, 14 whereas the invisible beings He has created out of a confusing flame of fire. 15 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 16 He is the Lord of the two easts and the Lord of the two wests. 17 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 18 He unleashed the two seas so that they merge together, 19 In-between the twain is a barrier which they pass not. 20 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 21 From them come forth the pearl and the coral. 22 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 23 His are the lofty ships, that rear aloft on the sea like mountains. 24 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 25

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
