Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in You from evil suggestions of the satans. 97 And I seek refuge in Thee! O my Lord! from their presence. 98 Until, when death comes to one* of them, he says, “O my Lord, send me back!” (The disbelievers) 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 But those whose scales are lighter will perish and abide in Hell for ever. 103 The fire will scorch their faces and they will be groaning therein in pain. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray! 106 Our Lord, bring us out of it. If we return (to sin), then we shall indeed be harmdoers' 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 And He will ask: 'How many years did you live on earth' 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 And whosoever calleth, along with Allah, unto god, of whom he hath no warranty, then his reckoning is only with his Lord; verily thrive will not the infidels. 117 And (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) say, “My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, and You are the Best of all the Merciful. 118
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
