The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the Mount Sinai, 1 And a Scripture inscribed 2 in an exposed parchment 3 by the Visited House, 4 and by the lofty vault of the sky, 5 And the sea kept filled, 6 surely thy Lord's chastisement is about to fall; 7 there is none who could avert it. 8 [It will come to pass] on the Day when the skies will be convulsed in [a great] convulsion, 9 and the mountains will move with [an awesome] movement. 10 So woe on that day to those who reject (the truth), 11 and amuse themselves with vain argumentation. 12 on the Day when they shall be thrust into the fire with [an irresistible] thrust, [and will be told:] 13 (And it is said unto them): This is the Fire which ye were wont to deny. 14 Is this magic, or is it that you do not see? 15 Taste you therein its heat, and whether you are patient of it or impatient of it, it is all the same. You are only being requited for what you used to do. 16 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and bliss 17 rejoicing in whatever their Lord has given them. Their Lord has saved them from the torment of the Fire, 18 "Eat and drink with relish," (they will be told), (as recompense) for what you had done." 19 Reclining on ranged couches. And we wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes. 20 To those who have attained to faith We shall unite their offspring who have also followed them in faith, and We shall not let any of their good deeds go unrewarded; every human being is a pledge for whatever he has earned. 21 We shall give them fruits and meat as they desire. 22 while they pass therein a cup one to another wherein is no idle talk, no cause of sin, 23 ۞ And round them shall go boys of theirs as if they were hidden pearls. 24 They will ask each other questions, 25 "Before this, when we were among our families, we were full of fear of God's displeasure -- 26 and so God has graced us with His favour, and has warded off from us all suffering through the scorching winds [of frustration]. 27 We had prayed to Him; He is Kind and All-merciful". 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
