The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
