Al-Insan 2 of 2
Verily! It is We Who have sent down the Quran to you (O Muhammad SAW) by stages. 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. 26 Lo! these love fleeting life, and put behind them (the remembrance of) a grievous day. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. 29 Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. 30 He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
