What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
