۞ Muster those who did evil, their wives, and that they were serving, 22 other than Allah, and guide them to the Path of Hell! 23 Stop them. They must be questioned." 24 'But what is the matter with you that you cannot help one another?,'" 25 Nay, but that Day they shall surrender, 26 They will turn upon one another, and question one another. 27 (The followers will say to their leaders): “You used to come to us from the right hand.” 28 [To which] the others will reply: "Nay, you yourselves were bereft of all faith! 29 And we had over you no authority, but ye were a people exorbitant. 30 The statement of Our Lord is realized against us, and we are tasting it, 31 So then, [if it be true that] we have caused you to err grievously - behold, we ourselves had been lost in grievous error!" 32 Then lo! this day they (both) are sharers in the doom. 33 This is how We deal with the criminals. 34 for, behold, whenever they were told, "There is no deity save God," they would glory in their arrogance 35 And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?" 36 Nay, but he [whom you call a mad poet] has brought the truth; and he confirms the truth of [what the earlier of God's] message-bearers [have taught]. 37 Behold, you will indeed taste grievous suffering [in the life to come,] 38 And you will be requited nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world); 39 But for the sincere worshipers of Allah, 40 For them is the sustenance known to Us. 41 Fruits! And they shall be honoured. 42 in the Gardens of Bliss. 43 On thrones, facing each other. 44 A drink will be passed round among them from a flowing spring: 45 Clear, delicious to drink, 46 Neither dulling the senses nor intoxicating, 47 And with them will be maidens (houris) who restrain their wide glances 48 As if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected. 49 And some of them draw near unto others, mutually questioning. 50 The speaker among them said, “I had a companion.” 51 “Who used to tell me, ‘Do you believe it is true?’ 52 after we die and become dust and bones, we shall be brought to judgement?'" 53 He said: 'Will you look down?' 54 Then looketh he and seeth him in the depth of hell. 55 And he will say: by Allah, thou hadst wellnigh causedest me to perish. 56 Had it not been for the grace of my Lord I too would have been there (in Hell). 57 He will ask his companion, "Did you not say that there would only be one death 58 except for our first death? Are we not going to be punished? 59 This is certainly the greatest triumph 60 For the like of this then let the workers work. 61 Is that better as a hospitality, or the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum? 62 Lo! We have appointed it a torment for wrong-doers. 63 It is a tree that grows from the bottom of Hell; 64 its spathes are like the heads of satans 65 They will eat from it and fill their bellies with it; 66 Then most surely they shall have after it to drink of a mixture prepared in boiling water. 67 And once again: Verily, the blazing fire is their ultimate goal 68 These are the ones who found their fathers steeped in error, 69 Yet they hasten to follow in their footsteps. 70 Most of the ancient people had also gone astray. 71 although, verily, We had sent warners unto them: 72 See how those who were warned met their end! 73 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 74

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
