Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
