Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
This present life is naught but a diversion and a sport; surely the Last Abode is Life, did they but know. 64 When they embark in the ships they call upon Allah, consecrating their faith to Him. But when He rescues them and brings them to land, they suddenly begin to associate others with Allah in His Divinity 65 Disdaining ungratefully Our gifts, and giving themselves up to (worldly) enjoyment! But soon will they know. 66 Do they not see that We have given them a safe sanctuary, while all around them men are being despoiled? Do they then believe what is false, and deny the bounty of God? 67 And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allah or rejects the Truth when it reaches him? Is there not a home in Hell for those who reject Faith? 68 But as for those who strive hard in Our cause - We shall most certainly guide them onto paths that lead unto Us: for, behold, God is indeed with the doers of good. 69
