And remember Our servant Job: when he cried to his Lord: “Behold, Satan has afflicted me with much hardship and suffering.” 41 (We answered his prayer, healed his sickness, and told him), "Run on your feet. This is cool water (for you) to wash and drink". 42 And We gave him his family and the like of them with them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to those possessed of understanding. 43 "And take in thy hand a little grass, and strike therewith: and break not (thy oath)." Truly We found him full of patience and constancy. How excellent in Our service! ever did he turn (to Us)! 44 And make mention of Our bondmen, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of parts and vision. 45 Verily, We did choose them by granting them (a good thing, i.e.) the remembrance of the home [in the Hereafter and they used to make the people remember it, and also they used to invite the people to obey Allah and to do good deeds for the Hereafter]. 46 Lo! in Our sight they are verily of the elect, the excellent. 47 And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good. 48 This is an advice; and indeed for the pious is an excellent abode. 49 Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them; 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; 51 ۞ with them, they will have pure, modest women of an equal age. 52 This is what they had been promised for the Day of Judgment. 53 Lo! this in truth is Our provision, which will never waste away. 54 However, the rebellious ones will have the worst place to return. 55 Hell; they shall enter it, so evil is the resting-place. 56 Here is a boiling and an ice-cold draught, so let them taste it, 57 And other Penalties of a similar kind, to match them! 58 This is a crowd rushing in along with you; no welcome for them; verily they are to roast in the Fire. 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They say, “Our Lord! Whoever has brought this calamity upon us – double the punishment of the fire for him!” 61 And they will Say: what aileth us that we behold not men whom we were wont to count among the evil ones? 62 and whom we mocked? Have they been rescued or can our eyes not find them?" 63 Verily all this is true. This is how the inmates of the Fire will dispute among themselves. 64
