Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And remember the Name of thy Lord at dawn and in the evening 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 Verily this is an Exhortation; so let him who so will take a way to his Lord. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
