Who speaks better than one who calls to God and does good works and says, "I am surely of those who submit"? 33 The good deed and the evil deed cannot be equal. Repel (the evil) with one which is better (i.e. Allah ordered the faithful believers to be patient at the time of anger, and to excuse those who treat them badly), then verily! he, between whom and you there was enmity, (will become) as though he was a close friend. 34 And none receive this great treasure except those who are patient; and none receives this except one who is extremely fortunate. 35 (Muhammad), seek God's protection if satan's temptation grieves you, for God is All-hearing and All-knowing. 36 (Some evidence of His existence) are the night, day, sun, and moon. Do not prostrate before the sun and the moon, but prostrate before God Who has created them if you want to worship Him alone. 37 But if they are proud, yet those with your Lord glorify Him during the night and the day, and they are not tired. ۩ 38 And among His signs is that you see the earth lying neglected, so when We sent down water on it, it freshened up and grew forth; indeed He Who gave it life, will revive the dead; indeed He is Able to do all things. 39 VERILY, they who distort the meaning of Our messages are not hidden from Us: hence, which [of the two] will be in a better state - he that is [destined to be] cast into the fire, or he that shall come secure [before Us] on Resurrection Day? Do what you will: verily, He sees all that you do. 40 Those who disbelieve in the Remembrance when it comes to them and indeed this is a Mighty Book 41 No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise. 42 Naught is said unto thee (Muhammad) save what was said unto the messengers before thee. Lo! thy Lord is owner of forgiveness, and owner (also) of dire punishment. 43 And had We made it a recital in a foreign tongue, they would have surely said: wherefore are the verses thereof not detailed? A foreign tongue and an Arab! Say thou: unto those who have believed it is a guidance and a healing; and those who believe not, in their ears there is a heaviness, and unto them it is blindness. These are they who are cried unto from a place far-off. 44
