Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn 1 From the evil of that which He hath created, 2 And from the evil of darkness when it settles 3 from the evil of the blowers on knots; 4 and from the evil of the envious ones. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
