Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
