The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
