Blessed is He who, if He please, can give you better things than that; gardens watered by flowing streams, and palaces too. 10 Aye! they belie the Hour; and We have gotten ready for him who belieth the Hour a Flame. 11 When the Hellfire sees them from a distant place, they will hear its fury and roaring. 12 And when they are cast, bound together into a constricted place therein, they will plead for destruction there and then! 13 They will be told, "Do not pray to die only once but pray to die many times." 14 Say: Is this better or the abiding garden which those who guard (against evil) are promised? That shall be a reward and a resort for them. 15 “In it for them is all that they may desire, abiding in it for ever; a promise incumbent upon your Lord, that is prayed for.” 16 And [mention] the Day He will gather them and that which they worship besides Allah and will say, "Did you mislead these, My servants, or did they [themselves] stray from the way?" 17 They shall 'Glory be to Thee! It did not behove us to take unto say, ourselves protectors apart from Thee; but Thou gavest them and their fathers enjoyment of days, until they forgot 18 “So the deities have belied what you state – so now you can neither avert the punishment nor help yourself; and whoever among you is unjust, We shall make him taste a terrible punishment.” 19 And all the Noble Messengers We sent before you were like this – eating food and walking in the markets; and We have made some of you a test for others; so will you, O people, patiently endure? And O dear Prophet, your Lord is All Seeing. 20
