۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 "There is a small group of people 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
