Hizb 46

And verily Yunus was of the sent ones. 139 When he ran away to a ship completely laden, 140 And lots were cast (when a storm overtook them), he was rejected, (and thrown overboard). 141 So the whale swallowed him, for he was blameworthy, 142 and had he not been among those who exalt (Allah), 143 He would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected. 144 ۞ Then We cast him on a bare desert whilst he was sick. 145 And We caused to grow over him a tree, a gourd. 146 And We sent him towards a hundred thousand people, in fact more. 147 So they accepted faith We therefore gave them usage for a while. 148 Now ask them (O Muhammad): Hath thy Lord daughters whereas they have sons? 149 Or did We create the angels females while they were witnesses? 150 It is only because of their false invention that they say, 151 Allah hath begotten. Allah! verily they tell a lie. 152 Has He chosen daughters over sons? 153 “What is the matter with you? What sort of a judgement you impose!” 154 What, will you not remember? 155 Or have ye an authority manifest? 156 Then bring your Book if you are truthful! 157 They have set up a kinship between Him and the jinn; and the jinn know that they shall be arraigned. 158 God is too glorious for what they ascribe to Him 159 but not so the true servants of God, 160 But as for you, and that you serve, 161 Can mislead anyone away from Him, 162 Save him Who is to roast in the Flaming Fire. 163 [The angels say], "There is not among us any except that he has a known position. 164 "And we are verily ranged in ranks (for service); 165 we are they that give glory. 166 And they surely were wont to say: 167 'If only we had a reminder from the ancients, 168 Surely we would have been the bondmen of God sincere. 169 But (now that the Quran has come) they disbelieve therein (i.e. in the Quran and in Prophet Muhammad SAW, and all that which he brought, the Divine Revelation), so they will come to know! 170 And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves, the Messengers, 171 That undoubtedly, only they will be helped. 172 And that Our host, they verily would be the victors. 173 So turn (away) from them for a while. 174 And watch them, for they will soon see. 175 Would they hasten on Our doom? 176 When it descends upon their courtyards, evil will be the morning of those forewarned. 177 Withdraw from them awhile 178 And wait, for they will soon see. 179 Your Lord, the Lord of Honor, is too exalted to be considered as they describe Him. 180 So peace be on the messengers, 181 And praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds. 182
Almighty Allah's Truth.
