▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for he who fears the standing (before) his Lord there are two Gardens. 46 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 47 Having [spreading] branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In which, will be two fountains running. 50 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 Reclining there on carpets lined with brocade, fruits of the garden hanging low within reach. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 57 As though rubies and pearls. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 The reward of goodness shall be nothing but goodness. 60 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 61 Besides those two there shall be two other gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 The greenest of green pastures. 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 73 Neither human nor jinn will have touched them before. 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 reclining upon green cushions and lovely druggets -- 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
