The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 and [then bethink thyself of] the promised Day, 2 And [by] the witness and what is witnessed, 3 The companions of the pit were killed 4 the fire abounding in fuel, 5 Behold! they sat over against the (fire), 6 And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers. 7 They took revenge on them only because they believed in the All-mighty, the Al-laudable, 8 Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness of all things. 9 Indeed those who troubled the Muslim men and Muslim women, and then did not repent – for them is the punishment of hell, and for them is the punishment of fire. 10 Those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph. 11 Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord. 12 Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, 14 Lord of the Throne of Glory, 15 Performer of what He desires. 16 Has it come to you the story of the hosts 17 of Pharaoh and of Thamood? 18 Yet the unbelievers still belie, 19 although Allah surrounds them. 20 Nay, but it is a glorious Koran, 21 (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)! 22
