۞ And Allah has said, "Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so fear only Me." 51 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him is duty due always: then will ye fear other than Allah? 52 Whatever favor you have is from Allah. Whenever you are afflicted you groan to Him. 53 Then, when He has removed the harm from you, behold! Some of you associate others in worship with their Lord (Allah). 54 that they may show ingratitude for what We gave them. So, take your pleasure, you shall soon know. 55 And they assign a portion of that which We have given them unto what they know not. By Allah! but ye will indeed be asked concerning (all) that ye used to invent. 56 And they assign unto Allah daughters - Be He Glorified! - and unto themselves what they desire; 57 When any of them is told about the birth of a female his face turns dark, and he is filled with suppressed anger, 58 Because of the evil of the good news he hides himself from people, (pondering) whether he will keep her and be humiliated, or trample her into the dust. Evil is their judgement! 59 For those who do not believe in the hereafter is an evil attribute, and Allah's is the loftiest attribute; and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 60
