Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
