Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
