۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
