To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. On the day when the Hour of Doom arrives, the followers of falsehood will be lost. 27 And you will see every group down on its knees; every group will be called towards its book of deeds; “This day you will be repaid for what you did.” 28 This record of ours will declare the truth about you: We have been recording whatever you have been doing." 29 As for those who have believed and done good works, their Lord will admit them into His Mercy that is a mighty triumph! 30 But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin! 31 And when it was said, 'Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth and the Hour [is coming] - no doubt about it,' you said, 'We know not what is the Hour. We assume only assumption, and we are not convinced.' " 32 The evil of their actions will then become clear to them. The punishment they mocked will engulf them. 33 "We shall ignore you today," they will be told, "as you had forgotten the meeting of this Day. Your dwelling place is Hell, and there is none to save you: 34 This, because you took the revelations of Allah (this Quran) in mockery, and the life of the world deceived you. So this Day, they shall not be taken out from there (Hell), nor shall they be Yusta'tabun (i.e. they shall not return to the worldly life, so that they repent to Allah, and beg His Pardon for their sins). 35 Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds! 36 And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. 37
