Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 Said He: "Go forth, then, from this [angelic state] - for, behold, thou art henceforth accursed, 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
