۞ And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and pleases. 26 Verily those who believe not in the Hereafter name the angels with the names of females. 27 But they have no knowledge therein. They follow nothing but conjecture; and conjecture avails nothing against Truth. 28 So turn from those who turn away from Our Remembrance and only desire this present life. 29 This is what the extent of their knowledge amounts to. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His path and who has been rightly guided. 30 To Allah alone belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. He will requite the evil-doers for their deeds and bestow a goodly reward on those who have done good, 31 Those who avoid the heinous sins and indecencies, save lesser offences surely thy Lord is wide in His forgiveness. Very well He knows you, when He produced you from the earth, and when you were yet unborn in your mothers' wombs; therefore hold not yourselves purified; God knows very well him who is godfearing. 32
