Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
