Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
