And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
