Al-Taghaabun 2 of 2

No calamity befalls unless God dispenses. He guides the heart of whosoever believes in God; and God has knowledge of everything. 11 Obey God and the Messenger, but if you turn away, know that the only duty of Our Messenger is to clearly preach. 12 Allah! there is no God but He! In Allah, therefore, let the believers put their trust. 13 O believers, among your wives and children there is an enemy to you; so beware of them. But if you pardon, and overlook, and if you forgive, surely God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 14 Your possessions and your children are only a trial, and Allah it is with Whom is a great reward. 15 Have as much fear of God as best as you can. Listen to the Messenger, obey him, and spend for your own sake good things for the cause of God. Those who control their greed will have everlasting happiness. 16 If ye loan to Allah, a beautiful loan, He will double it to your (credit), and He will grant you Forgiveness: for Allah is most Ready to appreciate (service), Most Forbearing,- 17 Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. 18
