O Ye who believe! fear Allah with fear due to Him, and die not except ye be Muslims. 102 All of you united hold fast to the rope of God (the Quran and His Messenger), and recall how He favored you when your hostility to each other had torn you apart. He united your hearts in one faith and through His Grace you became brothers. You were on the verge of falling headlong into the abyss of fire, but God saved you. This is how God explains to you His revelations so that you may have the right guidance. 103 And from among you there must be a party who invite people to all that is good and enjoin the doing of all that is right and forbid the doing of all that is wrong. It is they who will attain true success. 104 Be not as those who scattered and fell into variance after the clear signs came to them; those there awaits a mighty chastisement, 105 the day when some faces are blackened, and some faces whitened. As for those whose faces are blackened -- 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the chastisement for that you disbelieved!' 106 And as for those whose faces have been whitened, in the mercy of Allah they dwell for ever. 107 These are God's messages: We convey them unto thee, setting forth the truth, since God wills no wrong to His creation. 108 And to Allah only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth; and towards Allah only is the return of all matters. 109
