Al-Isra 8 of 12
On the day when We shall summon every group along with its leader; so whoever is given his register in his right hand – these will read their accounts and their rights will not be suppressed even a thread. (* They will be given the full reward.) 71 But whoso has been blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come, even farther astray from the path. 72 Verily, they were about to tempt you away from that which We have revealed (the Quran) unto you (O Muhammad SAW), to fabricate something other than it against Us, and then they would certainly have taken you a friend! 73 Had We not strengthened your faith you might have relied on them some how. 74 And if it were*, We would then have made you taste a double life and a double death – you would then not find any supporter against Us. (* Which is impossible.) 75 And verily they had well-nigh unsettled thee from the land that they might drive thee forth from thence. And in that case they would not have tarried after thee but a little while. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
