Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have caught hold of him by his right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
