Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
