Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
