Blessed be He who, if He will, shall assign to them better than that -- gardens underneath which rivers flow, and he shall assign to thee palaces. 10 No, they belied the Hour. We have prepared for him who belied the Hour a Blaze. 11 Even if they were to see [this fire] from a distant place, they would only listen to its raging and roaring. 12 When they are thrown into a narrow space, chained together, they will plead for death. 13 Pray not that day for one destruction, but pray for many destructions! 14 Say: 'Is that better, or the Garden of Eternity which the cautious have been promised? It is their recompense and their arrival' 15 "For them there will be therein all that they wish for: they will dwell (there) for aye: A promise to be prayed for from thy Lord." 16 And on that Day (your Lord will gather these people together as well as their deities, whom they worship besides AIlah. Then He will ask them, "Did you mislead these servants of Mine, or did they themselves go astray?" 17 They will answer: "Glory to You. It was not worthy of us to seek any protector other than You. But You allowed them and their fathers a life of ease until they turned oblivious of the Reminder. They were a people impenitent. 18 So now they belie you in that which ye said; so ye are not able to obtain diversion nor help. And whosoever of you doth wrong, him We shall make taste a great torment. 19 All the Messengers whom We sent before, certainly, ate food and walked through the streets. We have made some of you (people) a trial for the others. Would you then exercise patience? Your Lord is All-aware. 20
